I've used Webster's pages, yacht club to decorate along with some Crafty Individual stamps. I love the decorating, finding bits and bobs to fill up the little compartments. I'm not sure it's finished yet but I've got it hanging up in my craft room just in case I find any more interesting things.

Seaside Box
Last month at our Glue and Stick group we made a fab configuration box from scratch using chipboard. Gail really likes to work us hard but it was great fun. Once the box was constructed I covered it with paper and then gessoed it to give a neutral base. I used a pale blue paint for that bleached beach look.

Easter bunnies
Happy Easter everyone. If you're a chocoholic like me it's a great time of year, all those gorgeous Easter eggs. I made these little beauties for some friends over at a local sheltered accommodation for the elderly. We have a monthly cardmaking session and they really enjoy themselves, hopefully they will enjoy these too.

It's a Hoot- one stamp three ways
Over on Twos Peas there's a 30 days of stamping event. One of the challenges is to use one stamp three ways. I've recently got these fab Hero Art owl stamps and I love them.
I think you might be seeing more of these beauties

More 52 cards challenge weeks 10-14
I've used my time off work this week to catch with the 52 card challenge that's going on over on UKScrappers..
Week 10 Vintage, layers, decorative pin
Week 11 Red, folding, journal spot(missed that bit out)
Week 12 Brights, stickers, unisex ( no stickers on mine whoops)
Week 13 Pink, die cuts, flowers
Week 14 Blue, stamping, circles.
What I like about this challenge is that you don't have to follow every prompt, which is just as well as I nearly always miss out one!
Now I have used my time wisely I need to crack on with that paperwork I was supposed to be working on. Thanks for popping by

Just a quick peek at some of the delightful stamps Jean at Crafty Individuals is about to launch.
Sorry about the quality of my photo it's a bit blurred.
Before you ask yes I've bought them, well it would have been rude not to lol

Sitting on the fence
I spotted this style of card in a copy of Crafts Beautiful that had been passed onto me. Caroline Blanchard did an article on card tricks and really liked these small concertina cards. It's a new slant on a tried and trusted design. I could see the possibilities for this shape and guess what I had a class coming up teaching concertina cards. was I lucky or what. Anyway here's a few card I made with Caroline's idea.
Using Hero Arts, birdcage and birds
Sugar Nellie's girls
and flowers stamped using Stampenudous build a flower stamps.
The base card was made by cutting a 7cm strip from an A4 card then folding in 3.
I tend to trim A4 to 27cm when I need to make a tri fold so that I can score every 9cm rather than fiddle on with odd measurements. Of course if you have a score board with tri fold measurements you're sorted.
Sorry the photos look a bit pink.
Thanks Caroline for a great idea
